Givenchy designed new limited editions of its recent fragrances Dahlia Noir Eau de Parfum (from 2011) and Dahlia Noir Eau de Toilette (from 2012). Dahlia Noir Le Bal Eau de Parfum and Dahlia Noir Le Bal Eau de Toilette launched in 2013.The new versions come in bottles decorated with ballroom ornaments and dissolving boxes. EDP version comes in black and EDT in pink bottle. Both versions are built around accord of rose which is intense in the EDP and airy in the EDT edition. Its creator Francois Demachy was led by Riccardo Tisci's idea of an imaginary flower named black dahlia. EDP contains additional notes of iris, mimosa, sandalwood and patchouli, while EDT version also includes peach, pink pepper, sandalwood, vanilla, amber and musk.
